Meet Lauren, a licensed master social worker and certified trauma professional.

Hi, I’m Lauren.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Choosing the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and it often brings up fears about being judged, misunderstood, or vulnerable. Stepping into therapy is an act of courage, and challenging yourself to make the first appointment may be the hardest step; I know—I’ve been there!

As a highly empathetic individual, I have had my own journey with mental health struggles. Life can take you down unexpected paths, and sometimes those challenges lead you somewhere beautiful—to self-awareness, gratitude, empathy, and peace. My experience compelled me to learn more about psychology, the impact of trauma on the brain, and the profession that had such a profound impact on my life. Ultimately, I found my calling. I truly love what I do.

I’d like to be your guide and advocate on this challenging, rewarding journey. Your trust is a privilege, and I won’t take it for granted. Let’s collaborate to build your self-awareness and self-compassion. A desire to feel better is the only thing you need to get started.

Let’s talk about it.
